Outwork.
Outthink.
Outplay.
Private and small-group soccer training run by two former New York Red Bulls and NYCFC academy players. Boys and girls ages 3 to 16, anywhere in the city, one focused hour at a time.
One hour, split down the middle.
Most youth programs commit to one side, technical work or physical development. Academies deliver both in every session, because neither holds up on its own.
Athletic training First 30 min
- Speed, acceleration and change of direction
- Agility and balance under control
- Coordination and body awareness
- Strength and injury prevention for older players
Ball work Second 30 min
- First touch and receiving on both feet
- Dribbling, turning and 1v1 situations
- Passing weight, striking and finishing
- Weak-foot repetition in every session
Longer bookings of 90 or 120 minutes keep the same split. Players aged 3 to 5 train for one hour.
How old is your player?
Players are grouped by stage. Pick an age to see what an hour looks like for them. Beginners are welcome, especially in the younger groups.
First steps
